Welcome to Danjo Reputation! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and outline the agreement between you (the Client) and Danjo Reputation (the Agency). 1. Services Provided
Danjo Reputation specializes in reputation management services for chiropractors, including:
Improving Google Reviews through a 14-day free trial.
Conducting reactivation campaigns using personalized messaging and images.
Repurposing reviews for social media content.Responding to reviews to enhance rankings and visibility.
Future services may include referral management campaigns.
2. Free Trial Terms
We offer a 14-day free trial aimed at generating between 10-50 Google Reviews for your business. If we fail to meet this target:
You will receive an additional month of service free of charge (valued at $497).
The free trial is subject to the following conditions:
You must provide access to your past client list (only clients you are legally allowed to contact).Your cooperation is required in approving campaign materials and providing necessary information promptly
3. Reactivation Campaigns
Our reactivation campaigns involve sending personalized messages (including images featuring your photo and the recipient's name) to past clients, requesting reviews. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that:
You have obtained proper consent from your clients to contact them for such purposes.
You indemnify Danjo Reputation from any legal issues arising from unauthorized use of client data.
4. Social Media Content Creation
We may repurpose reviews by posting them on your social media accounts alongside photos or branding materials. By engaging our services, you grant us permission to use these materials for promotional purposes on your behalf.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the success of our campaigns, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date client contact information.
Respond promptly to requests for approvals or additional information.
Grant us access to necessary platforms (e.g., Google My Business, social media accounts) for campaign execution.
6. Payment Terms
After the free trial period:
Our monthly service fee is $497/month, covering software costs and campaign execution.
Payment is due on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for completed services beyond the free trial period unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Danjo Reputation respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your data:
We will not share or sell your client data without explicit consent.
All client data provided will be used solely for executing agreed-upon campaigns.
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you provide complies with applicable laws, including GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) for EU-based businesses and relevant U.S. data protection laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver results, Danjo Reputation cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., a precise number of reviews beyond the free trial).
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from our services.
10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law but apply primarily to clients based in the United States. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
11. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice:
If terminated by the Client, all outstanding payments must be settled immediately.
If terminated by Danjo Reputation due to non-compliance with these terms, no refunds will be issued.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials created by Danjo Reputation (e.g., personalized images, social media posts) remain the property of the Agency until full payment is received for services rendered.
13. Amendments
Danjo Reputation reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time with prior notice provided via email or other communication channels.
By engaging with Danjo Reputation's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
